It was narrated by Abu Musa: “Some people asked Allah’s Messenger (pbuh) whose Islam is the best?” (i.e., who is a very good Muslim?) The Prophet (SAS) replied, “One who avoids harming the Muslims with his tongues and hands.” He is also reported to have said, “Whosoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should talk what is good or keep quiet. Sometimes a person may utter a word to which he attaches no importance and by it he falls into Hell farther than the distance between the East and West.”

“And the person may utter a word which displeases Allah without thinking how serious it is, as a result of which Allah will record His wrath for him, because of His displeasure until the Day when he meets Him.” (Related by Mu’atta Imam Malik and Tirmidhi).

Proving the Existence of God to Atheists…
An atheist, even though he may belong to a religious family, uses his intellect to deny the existence of God; what ever concept or qualities of God he may have learned in his religion may not seem to be logical to him.

Allah promises that believers will always be happy and secure in this world, that He will give them strength and power to live under the rule of the moral teachings of the Qur’an.
Allah has promised those of you who believe and do right actions that He will make them successors in the land, just as He made those before them successors; will firmly establish for them their religion with which He is pleased; and give them, in place of their fear, security. “They worship Me, not associating anything with Me.” Any who do not believe after that, such people are rebels. There are few signs by which Laylat al-Qadr is known. Those are: The first sign: it was reported in Saheeh Muslim from the hadeeth of Ubayy ibn Ka’b (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) announced that one of its signs was that when the sun rose on the following morning, it had no (visible) rays. (Muslim, 762).

The second sign: it was reported from the hadeeth of Ibn ‘Abbaas narrated by Ibn Khuzaimah, and by al-Tayaalisi in his Musnad, with a saheeh isnaad, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Laylat al-Qadr is a pleasant night, neither hot nor cold, and the following day the sun rises red and weak.” (Saheeh Ibn Khuzaymah, 2912; Musnad al-Tayaalisi).

The third sign: it was reported by al-Tabaraani with a hasan isnaad from the hadeeth of Waathilah ibn al-Asqa’ (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Laylat al-Qadr is a bright night, neither hot nor cold, in which no meteors are seen.” (Narrated by al-Tabaraani in al-Kabeer. The word “Islam” is an Arabic, means “submission to the will of God (Allah)” which comes from the same root as “salam”, means “peace”. The religion of Islam teaches, in order to achieve true peace of mind and surety of heart, one must submit to Allah, live according to His Divinely revealed Law. Most important truth, Allah revealed to mankind is, there is nothing divine or worthy of being worshipped except for Allah.

@ I LOVE ALLAH
The word “Muslim” means one who submits to the will of God, regardless of their race, nationality or ethnic background. Being a Muslim entails willful submission and active obedience to God, and living in accordance with His message. Do you know that more than 80% of Muslims are not Arabs?.

@ I LOVE ALLAH
Islam is not a new religion because “submission to the will of God”, Islam, has always been the only acceptable religion in the sight of God. Islam is the true “natural religion”, and it is the same eternal message revealed through the ages to all of God’s prophets and messengers. Muslims believe that all of God’s prophets, include Abraham,Noah,Moses,Jesus & Muhammad, brought the same message of Pure Monotheism.
